Over the phone they took ALL my personal info. And confirmed my appointment, then on the day of my APPOINTMENT told me they "cannot" help me due to not accepting my INSURANCE. Pretend they gonna let u in 3. Then tell tell u they can't help u 4. And say... We tried to reach u
Don't like the attitude the lady up front. Makes it seem the office is hers an trys to denied you from seeing the doc. Alway she has that ugly face marning or afternoon. I always get the same problem with her they need to switch her an have someone else nicer! ASAP!
