Purchased a set of lights for my husband a little before Christmas. He installed it on the Jeep and was ecstatic at how they looked. As of the writing of this (1/15/2021) one of the lights became dimmed and flickers randomly. I contacted Baja Designs and they needed the receipt and "can't" do anything without it. Unfortunately most of that was in the packaging that our kids threw out with the wrapping paper. Really disappointing as I purchased from this company based on all the raving reviews. Even Walmart stands behind their products, it's shameful to see an American company failing on their promise to stand behind their products.

I am sorry that you had that experience. You are the second person recently that I have heard having this issue. I looked up your account and think that you are looking for the Squadron Screws which I will get out to you ASAP. Please feel free to email me directly [email protected] if I am not correct. That being said, I think this problem was caused by a few new employees that we have already given additional training to. I will follow up with them again to be sure that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Love the light output and quality of lights itself, however, disappointed with customer service. I have been trying to get ahold of someone/ anyone for replacement part (specifically screws for my outer lens) since late January. Called customer service and was told the guy who handles it was in lunch, left my info and was told he will call me back. 2 weeks later, called again, this time I was told that person is currently in a meeting and will call me back. 2 weeks later... same no call or result.

In 2010 I purchased 2 Baja Design's 6" HID lights for my new FJ Cruiser, I bought these to use as I traveled to Bakersfield from San Diego. Ever been on the 215 from Adelanto to Creamer Junction, pitch darkness unless you have a full moon. Third trip after having these lights installed I came up on a head-on crash, numerous major injuries, had I not had these lights on the front of my truck I would have easily plowed into the already horrific scene. I consider these lights as life saving as well as a huge safety factor. Back then Baja Design also replaced the lens in my lights so if/when I ever purchase lights again, BD will definitely be the ones.

I am very sorry for your experience. This is most definitely not who we are as a company. We have already sent an email to all of our employees explaining how and why the response you received was not appropriate. We have also already sent you the bezels. I believe what you originally received from one of our distributors was an older kit before we redesigned the bezels. Awful company that doesnt stand behind their product. Ordered light and conversion kit for my 4Runner on Amazon. Description says bezel is included but did not come with my kit. I already installed it without the bezel anyway. They said the kit sent to me was an old version not including the bezel to which they wanted to charge me $60 to get. I said its included in the item description so can you send it to me, they said they can for $60. Screw that... I will never buy a product from them again, I hope people read this and it was worth it for your business. I will make sure to share this on my forums.
