The location and facilities like the skylounge/laundry room are good, the staff is friendly. However, the constant maintenance issues are a huge hassle when having to live there. The lift seems to be constantly broken and this being a 20 floor building isn't the best. My bathroom has been flooding for the past 5 months due to the bad tiling without any solution in sight. If the building could get better at maintenance then my review would go back to 5 stars.
The rooms are modern and the management team is good to speak with. However, their policies are a bit unreal and they do not mend according to the situations. During the pandemic when we all rushed back, they were not willing to refund a single penny and students lost 3-4 months rent at a time when they could really use the money. I wouldnt recommend this accommodation purely based on their ethics.

NOT RELIABLE COMPANY - UNFORTUNATELY IT'S BEEN MORE THAN ONE MONTH I AM TRYING TO GET MY 250,00 POUNDS DEPOSIT REFUND AND NO ONE IS ABLE TO GIVE ME A REAL DATE OF WHEN ILL GET MY MONEY BACK. PLUS, THE ONLY THING I LISTEN FROM THE COMPANY IS: I AM SORRY, BUT WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING! PLUS, I HAD SOME FEW PROBLEMS SINCE I MOVED IN AND THE ANSWER IS ALWAYS THE SAME: I AM SORRY, BUT WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING!.
