This apartment complex is decent but the management will not help you at all. They will overcharge you on rent and act unprofessional when you ask for a refund. I was overcharged a large amount and it took me calling corporate to receive my money back because the manager did not want to cooperate with me. My advice is FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE!!!!!!

DO NOT LIVE HERE. (Other reviews on Facebook etc also show more factual reviews than google.) Most of the positive reviews posted here are from tenants who were asked to leave a review from the office shortly after they moved in. I considered moving into this property as I was planning to relocate to Nashville. Deciding where to live is a really big decision, and its important the office and owners are reliable, and trustworthy. Youre putting the next 12+ months of your life in their hands. After researching online and in person, I was concerned to discover the first red flag that the office was unresponsive to requests, acting as if my questions about the property were bothersome to them. I decided to view the property myself and I saw that maintenance was not a priority. Windows were broken, doors were damagedHUGE safety concern for me. There was a lot of pet residue in the lawn area and upper levels of the complex even! I understand management cant control peoples pets but this was excessive. After touring the property myself, (since I couldnt get a tour from the office) , I decided to check out the local area. I went to a bar nearby (The Mainstay, also not great) and happened to meet some residents. Their stories really concerned me. Safety is a huge concern for me. They have cameras, but some dont work and wont be replaced or fixed. One of the residents told me there have been break ins and police called in the middle of the night fairly often. After talking with residents I made the decision not to continue my inquiry to this property. Maybe it used to be a great experience, but no longer. Im so thankful I dodged a bullet on this place.

Sharing this review after living here a year and declined to resign lease. Ill start with the positives. The staff are great, professional, and very very easy going. Cant say enough good things about the office staff. Very cool! The location is nice for commuting around Nashville. Amazing views if you get a unit on the back facing downtown. You can hear everything in the hallways. The front doors are paper thin. Dog barking is a frequent disturbance here and there are a lot of dogs in this complex. Several tennants expressed this during my time there. My floor and area sounded like a kennel at times. No joke. I love dogs but this was by far problem #1. It sucked! These contractors conserved every last inch when they built the parking garage. Its extremly narrow! This place can also be inconvenient for having guests over due to lack of convenient parking. They dont really have guest parking, they will issue parking passes but the office needs to be open to get them. They are quick to boot and tow here for illegal parking. The units are very small for the high price compared to other places in the area. Mediocre appliances. Ridiculously small water heaters. Barely fills half a tub with hot water and long hot showers are a no go. I lived on the top floor, but other tennants on lower levels complained of neighbor noise from above units. The pool area was poorly designed and gets maybe 2 hours of sunlight in the summer. Overall I would recommend passing on this complex, unless downtown location is very important. Do your homework. You can get a space for cheaper if you just look.
