Terrible service, I felt like my order was not big enough for them to be bothered. I ordered 10 items which took 5 weeks in total to be completed, with numerous problems throughout the process. I also sent my own design in several different files which for some reason, they could not use so they charged me for a new design without asking, The quotes were sent over wrong, wrong sizes of clothing even after I had stated what sizes I would need, the lack of communication was awful, I had to keep on chasing them to find out what was going on with my order and then it felt like that they just rushed through it in the end just to get it out. Quality of the clothing is good, but still it does not make up for the bad service, and length of time I was awaiting for my order.
As a newly formed company, we have approached and received two mask designs from KC and both were of not great quality. We at foundinmanc are really struggling to get them sold and have had nemerous returns.. sadly at our expense.

I needed a charity T-Shirt printed in a hurry and chose Kustom Clothing. They had a good selection of T-Shirt styles and colours at a very good price. They where impeccable, great customer service and delivered well on time. Will Use Again!

For a seemingly professional printing company, they printed our Logo hidden underneath the hoods of the hoodies - so it could not be seen without wearing the hoods up 100% of the time? They lost one of our childrens uniform items, and denied ever receiving it. They then more than doubled the quota of our printing, from 20 items to minimum 50, to get rid of us? The women in the office seem to almost gang-up against customers? They just dont reply to emails when you question their ethics? Having never had this problem in 11 years with our previous printers (who sadly retired) we are shocked, and stunned this company is so rude to their customers. How do they retain any business? ADDITION TO THIS: they sent a scathing email to me about how I posted this review on line. Their visible reply below, is opposite to the email I have received, which has basically refused to deal with me or my business or to rectify the situation with any customer service. I would have assumed they wanted to smooth this situation, and encourage me to leave with a better experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - you could be next!
