So sorry you are frustrated. Nothing worse than getting bad information. We, along with many small businesses, changed our hours because of COVID so we could add extra sanitation protocols. According to the information on the company's website and message you get when you call their hours are Monday -Friday 9am to 6pm and Sat 10am to 4pm. I am currently sitting in the parking lot on a Friday it is 9:30am and they are NOT open. I ordered a custom size board which took over a week to get and it was not made to the correct size I ordered and it is bowed and doesn't sit flat. When trying to get the problem corrected you get the run around . They made the board the wrong size , now they want me to take back the old board before they will make me a new board. This is not ok they screwed up and they should make a new board and let me bring the old one back when the new one is ready instead of me having to make multiple trips. Don't do a custom order it will be more hassle than it's worth.. 12/4/2020

Great place for projects but make sure you get all you need for a project the staff doesnt check to see if your missing a piece of the complete project.
