Their prices are super cheap, you get what you pay for! We took 2 hats here to be embroidered ($30 each, purchased somewhere else) & the woman who printed them ruined the hats! The lettering came out squished together & crooked! The stitching looked like it was falling apart and there was no way to take it out and start over without ruining the hat! She said the printer messed up & offered to re do it on another hat. The entire point was to have it on a specific hat my dad liked so that wouldn't work! Not sure why you would go ahead & do the second one if the first one didn't come out right! I've had the exact same hats stitched somewhere else with no issues. Now I have to order 2 new hats ($60) & go somewhere else! &my father won't have them in time for father day!

Long story to say, i would give 0 stars if possible 2 weeks have passed no shirts or a call of when they will be ready. so i do not recommend that place.
