I have used Elder Care Connections for two family members. Both experiences were excellent. As a family we used both their recommendations and did our own independent research. Both times, we came back to Elder Care Connections final recommendation. This type of transition is difficult for all family members. would personally recommend Brenda Cowden as your Family Advisor. She is extremely experienced, knowledgeable, and compassionate.

If you ever have the unfortunate family crisis like I had with my grandma family members 9out of 10 times will not agree on what is the best thing to do. It's one of those things that 1 or 2 things happen. 1, you basically tell yourself that everything is going to be alright with a loved ones failing health until it's zero hour and the reality of you can no longer give them the quality of care they need and deserve. 2, you understand that you can't take care of them the way they need. But for the most part you're clueless on how to that loved one somewhere that matches their needs, and everyone has heard the horror stories. And the only guidance is a social worker at the hospital, unfortunately not the best advice, we take it because ).. you're an emotional wreck, with Eldercare Connections involved I and my family seen Gods mercy work in our lives, doors opened and miracles happened. Family feuds were cast aside and it was the Best Christmas I could ever possibly have. I cry now as I write this because losing my grandmother was devastating.. but know that I cry because I miss her not because of a memory of not doing the right thing and get Eldercare connections , involved so you can be by their side.. and with their service being 100% free. Let them at this dificult time treat your family member , like their loved one. Once again ,, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.

Eldercare has been great to work with, they help find a place for your loved one and continue to follow up monthly to make sure they are happy and well taken care of! I have referred several friends for their services.

My mother had walked away one day from the nursing home where she lived. She was in assisted-living. Mom had a bad fall with injuries. The nursing home that she was at would not allow her to move back into assisted-living. They wanted to put her in their memory care unit. The memory care unit there was not suitable at all to my mothers needs. They put me in contact with Amy at Elder Care. Amy listen to me about what my mom needed. She was very caring and compassionate. Amy set up some meetings with different care facilities. Amy and ElderCare were instrumental in finding the perfect place for my mom. They were very caring and compassionate. Elder care helps families find the best place for their loved ones and charges nothing. More importantly they really know what youre going through and how to help. They took us by the hand and lead us every step of the way. Their commitment and compassion for what they do to help you find the best place for your loved one goes well above and beyond anything I could have imagined. We are forever grateful to Amy and elder care for their help. I would highly recommend them with helping you find care for a loved one.
