the absolute worst,and most disastrous experience of my professional life in dealing with this company!! I ordered an entire 5,000 sq ft of there ns-10, 20" wide 24g standing seam panel. They sent the entire package of the 20" wide panels with no STRIATIONS! and tried to blame us for the mistake when it specifies in their own spec sheet striations. they finally agreed to re-run same panels thru the striator, but dented and scratched about 40% of panels in doing so. They then took over a month to replace the panels they messed up!! these guys are inept and dont care if they are inept! Buyer beware here. Make sure you have all in writting and instructions to them documented. I have been installing metal roofing over 12 years. Most manufacturers of metal roofing have you sign a waiver to get roof panels without striations, let alone simply sending them out to your jobsite like that!! Without the striations, roof panels,particularly 20' wide ones will "oil can badly" making them substandard for a roof installation which is why other manufacturers' require you sign a waiver. Last week I loaded at this facility and this week after I was given a card and told that I could call again to inquire about other loads I tried. I called Johnny in shipping 3 days in a row and he informed me he would look at his loads and see how he could help. He told me twice he would call me back with information. Each day I called only one time in the morning and he did not call me back during the rest of the day. I would call him the next morning and he proceeded to tell me the same thing. " I will take a look at my loads going out and I will call you back". Never did get a single call back from him. Yesterday I called once again and he told me he would look and see and call me back in 10 minutes. I never did get that call. That is not very good service. A phone call telling me hey sorry can't help would have been great. Not cool Johnny.

Absolutely prompt and exact service. I needed metal for one of the tracks that has metal Roofing and we needed coil and flat stock local and quick. We needed an alternative to getting metal from out of town. This is definitely the answer. Donna has also helped with all the small odds and ends projects I have going all the time. I would recommend to small and large businesses.
