Not for me @$1500 a suit, but I tried a couple of suit jackets and the cut was truly bizarre, looked like they were flared out for a woman with oversized hips (I'm a standard size 42L). Off the peg hung way better. Weird

I called the Andover shop in Cambridge and spoke with Jacob Shields who went out of his way to try to track down a particular women's wool coat. He followed up tirelessly calling the wholesaler, figuring out the best size, and then tracking it down. Ultimately the coat i was looking for is no longer available but he even checked online with other stores in the area to see if he could find it. Over the top customer service. An exemplary employee at a quality business.
