Was very pleased with the first arrangement I sent to a friend who lost her husband. The second arrangement I bought for the funeral cost me $175. when I said I wanted to spend $150. The thing that made me change my rating, on the second arrangement they spelled my name wrong (they put Mickie on the card) and the recipient had no idea who that was. If you spelled it right the first time, what was the problem the second time. I spent 45 years in the floral industry as a designer and a mistake like that was a huge issue.

Very disappointed with flower delivery. This florist sent pink/peach roses with browned edges and floppy rose heads. When I called the owner to notify him of the condition of the delivery he stated "you waited too long to say anything, there is nothing I can do". I stated that the flowers were delivered a day before a planned trip and that I had intended to call when I returned. He was extremely unpleasant and did nothing to help the situation. I would NEVER recommend this florist to anyone!

Grimm & Gorley provided flowers at my sons wedding on June 12, 2022. They were absolutely gorgeous! Attached is a picture of a centerpiece 8 days later. The roses are still alive!

I would give lower stars but I needed something. I called Saturday for a Mother's Day delivery to my mom. The were filled up and aren't open on Sundays so I said Monday was just fine. Monday came and went and my mom never called. Tuesday came and went. So I figured I would call them on Thursday and guess what? "Something happened" and the ticket got stuck to another ticket. They never called me to apologize and get something done about it. They said they were sorry after I called them...didn't sound it at all...and said they would deliver it today...4 DAYS LATER FOR MOTHERS DAY! Needless to say I would not recommend this place even if it is local...go somewhere where they value you as a customer...because it's not here.
