Very unsatisfied with the customer service of this establishment. The owner Al was very friendly however unfortunately he was not knowledgable enough with their equipment to assist me with creating a logo for a rising local business. He asked that I return in a few hours to have their so called "pro" James assist me with the fairly large order for our automotive crew. I returned to the store a few hours later as previously discussed to meet James who was mindlessly and quite frankly very slowly unwrapping items to be stocked on shelves. After explaining my needs, showing him a few ideas that I had come up with, and informing him that this was to be a surprise Christmas gift for the owner of the automotive company, James informs me that he is far too busy to assist me and that I would need to return on Monday (in 2 days). Mind you that there was also another employee on duty with James and only one other customer in the store besides myself, who had already stated that they were just browsing when they were asked if they needed assistance. While writing this review I sat directly across from the store observing James assist a man with a single hat purchase for over 10 minutes. Apparently a $20 hat purchase was far more beneficial for this business than assisting me with a uniform for a crew of mechanics that would each be needing multiple shirts, a hooded sweatshirt, a knit hat, and a fitted hat with screen printing and embroidery and most likely many future orders. Needless to say, we will not be doing business with Lansing Athletics.
