i needed a single sheet of metal. The man I called was friendly enough and helpful. When I went to pick up the metal, the man that helped me was very rude and seemed irritated that he had to help me. They charged me $17 over what they quoted me and when I brought that up he rudely stated that there was no way he would accept that amount. I was very frustrated with the service I received and the way I was treated. I will find somewhere else to go next time.
We work with Richards to produce many of our in-house products at my small business, and they are timely and helpful. The quality of course is great and consistent, and pricing is very reasonable. Thank you guys!
Very rude and unhelpful Customer Service. The lady who picked up was very short and "unable" to find my order. She seemed irritated by my questions and blatantly made it clear that she was not going to help me figure out what happened with my order. She had the same demeanor with my Coworker as well. When I called back to speak with the Manager she told me that they're closed Fridays (Not according to your website?) I simply needed someone to help me find out what happened to my order. I'm extremely disappointed by the lack of Customer Service and attitude of the Employee involved.
