Im sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the wait time but typically all deliveries are promised 45 min to an hour. It is closer to the hour during peak times. However, it is unfair of you to judge anyones appearance. Our delivery drivers are professional and courteous and deserve the same in return. Hopefully you call again because our product is worth it. I ordered and waited one hour! do you understand this? one hour! these guys are wild horses they run slower than a turtle! terrible service terrible place no parking dirt rubbish stinks! The second time I tried to get it - more than an hour passed, some smelly, dirty bun came by a delivery man in a blue car - thank you this miracle this is not a delivery person this is a looted!

Good evening, I am upset to hear you where unsatisfied wity your purchase . Our lox sandwiches start at $8.95 . If you ordered anything extra that would be addition charge . We use top quality ACME Nova . It is $40.00 per lb . Our employees are instructed to prepare the lox sandwichs with 2 slices per sandwich . Any additional slices are weighed separately . I wish you would have came back or called to speak to the manger for we would of rectified the mistake imminently . Again our Nova is top quality . There are different grades of Nova but we serve only Acme fish . Sorry you where unsatisfied please come in and we will give you a discount on your next order

I ordered a lox sandwich on an everything bagel. I got a plain bagel and one slice of smoked salmon. I paid $11 dollars for this sandwich. I feel extremely ripped off. A bagel from right by my house is $2.50 so one slice of smoked salmon with tomato and onion is $8.50? Thats a scam! Avoid this place!
