We decided on 24-7 Hospitality Technology for our first restaurant POS system several years ago. We find it easy to use, easy to learn, and they really do have 24-7 support manned by their own technicians. Our revenue went up immediately after implementing their system and any issues or problems we've had have always been resolved to our satisfaction. Still I have not been motivated to write a review until now. Recently our network became infected with a computer virus that forced us to essentially shut down and wipe clean every computer in our whole operation - including our POS system. It was a terrible experience, but 24-7 out of all of our other software and hardware vendors really took charge and helped us to get our POS system back in action in record time. Their support manager and their president REACHED OUT TO US when this happened. They worked with us to make the process as painless as possible and in my opinion not only met our expectations but far exceeded them. The personal care they showed in getting us back up and running was so much appreciated. They understood we were under a lot of stress and worked with me and my IT team to make sure we had the help and instruction we needed. They coordinated everything with the various hardware and software vendors, remotely re-established all of our POS systems and got us back to normal in a very short period. I can't say enough about how truly helpful and customer oriented they are. Independent reviews of restaurant POS systems are hard to find, so I wanted to make sure this was out there in a public venue. They more than earned this review! Josh Atkinson Cameron Trading Post
