Contacted them about purchasing a GPU, was told an RX6700xt would cost over $1000, this card retails at an MSRP of $600. This is marked up almost %200. You're better off camping out Microcenter or Best Buy.
Took a laptop in repair and filled out paperwork, which included password. Tech called a couple days later to get my password. I had to tell him to check the initial paperwork. A week later, tech called to say it was under warranty and they could send it in "right away" and I told them to do it. Over a week after that, they called again to get permission because they were finally ready to send it off. When I asked why the delay from "right away", just got excuses. Asked to talk with the owner and got same. All of this could have been avoided with timely and accurate communication, but no one wanted to take responsibility. I understand there are processes, but not communicating with customer is on them. Maybe they are great with computers, I don't know. I do know that it was difficult to have any confidence in what I was being told, so took my stll broken computer back and will find someone else to fix it.
