Two scheduled trips to service for recall item, persistent problem with premium sound system and oil change service. On each trip the first two issues were not solvable (no parts) and a weekend stay from Friday to Monday was required for the third. Remedy for weekend travel needs (while car sits for three days) was an Enterprise Rental. Service department and/or BMW brand standards have fallen very far, very fast.

I was shopping for a new M3. Braman sent me a quote to order one from the manufacturer. I signed the agreement and gave the deposit. They told me it would be a couple weeks before they had an allocation. I waited TWO MONTHS, contacting the salesman regularly. More lies. No allocation. Finally, I call and they tell me they have to purchase the allocation which will cost me a $20,000 premium. Expect nothing more than the classic slimy car dealership games from Braman.

I checked the web site yesterday and saw three X6 available. Looking to lease one of them I tried the live chat. Right away I got an email from Jose Santiago with some pic of the X6 I was inquiring in and some other 2022 X6 options. And the same princes on the email of the ones on the website. Today I got an email from Christian Guevara with his phone number and I called right away. He was very nice and professional . The reason why I give one start is because none of the cars listed as available on the website are really available.... they have some tank issues... etc etc etc.... alsooooo the prices on the websites and email I got from them ARE NOT THE REAL PRICES. And honestly I have never seen that before, but I was told the real price is 20 or 25k more. So how come they have "available" cars with some prices there that are not even real. thanks a lot
