This was a first for us, we had to decline working with JR Pressure Cleaning due to the explosive temperament, vulgar and abusive comments made towards one of our employees. However, we wish them the best.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EQUALLY AS BAD COMMUNICATION!! USE UNIQUE DTG IN ORLANDO!!. Dropped off 44 shirts on 9/7...Greg completed 6 shirts for me in the advertised turnaround time of 3-5 business days which I picked up on 9/13. I sent 3 emails very politely asking for an update on the other 38 shirts between 9/18 and 9/28. I finally received a reply from Greg at 2:16pm on 9/28 letting me know that there are older/existing customers with priority, that he should not have taken me on as a customer to begin with, and that "with that said" my shirts wouldn't even go on the schedule until 10/8 let alone get printed. Use Unique DTG in Orlando...they have a Brother GTX printer that is just as good, if not better, than Greg's Kornit Hexa Storm. PLUS, if you have an account with Alphabroder Unique DTG will go pick up your order FOR FREE, take it back to their facility, print the shirts, and then ship them to you or you can pick them up. Yelanie and Nicole are the owners and have been absolutely great to work with...complete opposite of Greg and White House. Good luck! - Josh
