Hated the supervisors here. Everytime they say they'll train you on something they seem to either find excuse to forget it or just doesn't give a damn. Got told to prepare to be train on something, many hours later, still working the same spot. Was told to come in early to do some trainings instead only to have to cover for someone else.

Company contracting (Closing Phoenix facility 2018) because of poor top leadership that appears NEVER to change. Numerous layoffs at corporate MN, low morale apparently indicates employees lack of confidence of leadership team. Terrific inside sales representatives with enthusiasm and talent.
