Hi Jennifer, I saw that you had written a negative report of our company. When your husband came in I told him that I would re-do it and if he wanted to double the order I would do it all for free. I gave him 2 different sizes and he said he would ask you and get back to me. I thought you were just waiting until after your surgery to come back in. I would like to make it right, I do value your business as well as all our customers. Just let me know which size you want it and I will get them done for you. Thanks, Pam

This company has been doing our embroidery on our work shirts for awhile. I thought we had a good report. I took in our logo to be put on the shirts. Sadly,the shirts had huge stitching on them which made them look very unprofessional and stupid. She said that she increased the letter size because many companies like it larger for advertisement. Even thought the size we have been using as long as they've been done by her have been less than half the size of the new stitching. The employees names on the right side of the shirt were off center. If all this were on the back of the shirts and printed instead of stitched it may look alright, but not on the front of shirts that are stitched. She refused to refund. She lost a customer that spent several hundred dollars a year. Pam, to answer your request to make things right. Yes, if you will replace the shirts, I will give it another try, but you told me a firm "NO".

Seeing what the previous lady wrote I find it hard to believe that she is objective with her claims. I have heard nothing but rave reviews about the work that comes from Access Imprinted Sportswear. Most companies won't embroider on a customer supplied garment since they get cheated out of the profit on the garment itself. Some people expect the world and expect it with minimal outlay on their part. If you want a BMW you don't get to take your own parts to the factory for assembly. Access Imprinted Sportswear has been in business for over 25 years that I know of and the products I have gotten there have been top grade. My teams have never had issues there.

They haven't had the best price quotes out of the gate and I haven't been thrilled with their initial art representations of our ideas, but they have always worked with me all the way to the end to get things right. I've had positive experiences each time so far.
