Perhaps the company is selective in providing prompt service as I received no service at all. After meeting with Randell Taylor and him taking the time to show me the expansive facility and even saying hi to the "artist", only to be told later that we do not have an artist on staff that can assist in conforming your design to the necessary format required for printing. After I properly formatted my design I requested a quote to move forward and received to response. I sent an email to Sam, the owner, explaining my plight , also, with no response. I'm not sure having a review from an employ is at all objective, understandably.

Great work. Had a big job and they came through given some tough logistical issues. Left a printer of 20 years and American Print house crushed it for us in every way. Highly recommend these guys. .

I placed an order on 4/8/21 and was told that the order would be complete within the week that it was placed. 2 days prior to that date, I was told that none of them would be ready and that it would take another week. Fast forward, 6/14/21. After an unorganized effort to get my prints completed, they still have not fulfilled a single portion of the order correctly between botching the colors (inconsistent colors, see photo), printing the incorrect sizes on the size tags, and mis-placing the graphics when printing the tees. For example, I gave them Bella Canvas 3001's and they printed the first batch on some cheap tubular Gildans lol. Nice people, but they still haven't completed the order and have an endless supply of excuses as to why.
