Should be zero stars! this place gives new meaning to the word slow! How does it take 2 months to embroider something and it still be handed to you incomplete? On top of that they ARE RUDE AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I was forced here by a rodeo committee, but if you can please avoid!

Very disappointed that I have not received my order. I placed it over a month ago. I am a memos the HLSR and this is where we order our clothes from. I called a few days after placing my order online to get an update and was told it would take about 3 weeks to have it ready since they have to wait for other members to order and have it sent out for embroidery in bulk. I was not told I had to wait for them to gather a few orders in order to be able to have them embroidered.

Great place to go I'd your company is in need of uniforms for their employees. This isn't a clothing store like I'd had thought. It's more like an industry workweek provider.

The most unprofessional operation EVER. I ordered my rodeo vest FOUR MONTHS AGO. I've called. I've inquired when they have been at Rodeo events and kept being told "We do vests in batches. Yours is coming". We are now down to the wire and guess what? My uniform is NOT COMING!! It's back ordered. Only nobody at Houston Uniform saw fit to let me know. Nobody returns phone calls or emails. They've had my $100 for months and had NO INTENTION of giving me the goods I have paid for.
