These ladies at this shop went way beyond to help my granddaughter. They treated every customer them same. I highly recommend this shop for your prom dress or formal wear.
Ms. Sewell, We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. All of our gowns are new; however, it is common for beads to fall off due to wear and tear from the try-on process. All dresses are inspected at the time of purchase by both the customer and consultant before they leave to assure that the dress is in pristine condition. If there are any issues, the seamstress corrects them before the dress leaves our store. In your case, the dress was assumed to be to your satisfaction when the purchase was made and we were unaware of any imperfections. According to our policy, once a dress leaves our possession, it is no longer our responsibility. However, once we received your call and were made aware of the few beads missing, we made it our priority to get it fixed in time for your special occasion. Unfortunately, our seamstress was not in store the day you contacted us regarding the missing beads. Upon her arrival to the store, she was made aware of the issue and immediately began the task of making sure that the few beads missing were repaired and there were no other loose beads that could cause a problem. What we are quite confused about is the fact that after the seamstress went over all of the beading, corrected the problem and called you to let you know it was time for pick-up, you seemed very happy and satisfied. You even thanked us profusely for our timely fix. We were under the impression that you were completely satisfied. Hopefully this wont deter you from shopping with us in the future.

I spent $500+ on a NEW dress and Classy Threads gave me the NEW dress with giant chunks of missing sequins. Im confused as to why the dress has giant chunks of sequins missing if its supposed to be brand new! Going to classy threads was the biggest mistake of my life! A HUGE waste of time and money. Its the day before prom and they said they wont be able to look at it until the day of prom.... They wouldnt have to fix my dress if they would have just done it right the first time!
