If I could give this review 0 star I would. I came here all the way from DC to purchase a car. Came in at exactly 3:30 pm. Firstly, there were issues with the car. When I complained about it the would only fix one but not the other. When we finally get all ready to pay, the manager starts to question my paperwork and says he can't process the paperwork because I'm purchasing an out of state car all while yelling. Then when we asked him to contact the person that handles the paperwork for out of state issues, he got louder. He said the girl leaves at 5 and will not return til Monday. When my dad tried to check his behavior. He got even louder and started to play victim along with the other colleges.
Nope! These guys are crooks! They offered me $250 for my trade. The salesman kept me waiting while he placed phone calls on a separate deal. When I told him his $250 offer was ridiculous he left me sitting at his desk for another 15 minutes so another guy could come out and try to convince me my car is only worth $250. Lousy. A criminal outfit! You have been warned.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dan and the staff at Nissan of Yorktown Heights. What could have been a headache turned into a wonderfully smooth experience. Dan answered all our questions, and made sure that we were able to drive off the lot same-day! He was both professional and personable; We felt like valued customers, not just someone's sale. Dan even followed up with us afterwards to make sure that we were happy with everything. I would recommend Dan to anyone looking for to get a new car, and I look forward to working with him in the future!
I completed a car lease from them in 2015 and the leasing process was a mess. We waited there all day but I needed to do a lease and we dealt with the unprofessionalism and undertrained staff because they said they were under new management. For the past six months, I have been called nearly EVERYDAY by Tiffany. I also received texts and emails for the month of May from them. So much so, I told them to not contact me again EXCEPT via email. I also explained to David via email that I was getting married and I would be back June 11. I also received emails from Andre. I asked to schedule an appointment and he told me "deals might not be around." I then received another car today. They are like vultures and will constantly call and pressure you. I went to another dealer yesterday because of their whopping unprofessionalism, lack of respect, and sloppiness.
