Appalling Service And Customer Care - Abysmal Lack Of Team Co-ordination - Rue The Day I Purchased A New Car From This Dealership Do Not Deserve 1 Star PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PICS - MORE PICS TO FOLLOW. THIS IS A BRAND NEW CRV - NO WONDER HONDA IS TAKING THEIR PLANT OUT OF THE UK. THE RESPONSE FROM HONDA IS QUOTE:- "I have spoken with the Aftersales department who confirm that both the seat alignment and steering pull concerns have been checked and appear to be within normal manufacturer tolerances". CLEARLY THEIR STANDARDS DO NOT MATCH MINE. I EXPECTED THE SEAT TO FIT FLUSH AS IT DID IN MY PREVIOUS CRV!!!!!!!
