I needed a large sheet of watercolor paper which is very delicate. The employee at the desk helped me out with it but had to ask the manager a pricing question. The employee handed me the sheet, I noticed it had bend marks so I requested a new one without bend marks. Thats when the manager yelled at the employee, saying hes going to take $10-25 out of his paycheck if he ruined the sheet. I told the manager that the employee did not bend the sheet but he ignored my comment and continued yelling at the employee about how clearly he doesnt know what hes doing and hes going to dock his pay....all in my (a customers) face. I would advise against supporting a business that treats its employees like trash. The place is already expensive and sparse, I went anyway because it was the closest art supply store to me but I wont be doing so again.

Waste of money!!! Don't take any classes there! The teacher spent 10 minutes teaching and never came to any student to help. We did wheel throwing pottery class, which was dealing with clay. It was very dirty and no one had any aprons for us to wear to save our clothes from getting dirty. Also no one told us what to wear to predict that. The worst part was when we went to wash our hands after the class there was only ICE COLD water. And you have to wash your hands and clothes very thoroughly because you are covered in clay. Do not go there!!! Waste of your time and money!

my friend and I had the opportunity to take a pottery throwing class and I cannot stop recommending this class to anyone I know. Bonnie was an attentive and supportive instructor throughout the experience. Never felt overwhelmed or incapable. So excited to see what our art looks like when it's ready to be glazed. Great solo date or with friends/partners.
