Hi Sherrie. You definitely have had dealings with me and have spoken to me on the phone in regards to 7/31 east road. I told you I was interested in the property and you told me once it was vacant I could come through in a week and have a second look. You then had another inspection and sold the property without informing me there was other interest which is not the right way to do business. The property also sold for less than I was going to offer which was incredibly annoying. Your agency then informed me of how apologetic they were and they would find a house for my needs....that was over two months ago and I havent had one phone call. Dont worry I purchased a property through ray white who were an absolute delight to deal with. Cheers Matt

I'm seldom blown away by any transaction or customer service experience but Sherrie Lee from Property One Bayside is the exception. From start to finish I cannot fault her professionalism, constant updates and communication, and the overall outcome of selling my property in Seaford VIC. After numerous hurdles, roadblocks and set backs, Sherrie still maintained the course where 99% of other agents would not have. We got an outperform result, Sherrie handled everything behind the scenes and I've not seen a better example of a seamless & hassle free business transaction.

I would never choose anyone other than Sherrie Lee to sell any property I would have in the Seaford/Frankston area.
