Didn't spot a puble on inside of back tyre. Plow out on M6 going to London could off been bad. Sorry but on that will not be going back. Could of not been doing this review if flip over %@M6.

This job was carried out around 3 weeks ago fitting the clients own tyres. The client only came back yesterday with this complaint to us. The car was in a garage before it came to us and after the clients own tyres were fitted, it had its wheels removed for work, I explained to the customer when you take a tyre off the rim you always only start at the Valve otherwise you would rip the valve right off, and the chip the client showed us yesterday was on the opposite side of the valve. Any Trained Tyre fitter will tell you this, we have been fitting Tyres for over 28 years and never had a complaint about a chipped rim, you always start at the valve to take tyre off and put back on. Our machines do not touch the rim, these wheels had been powder coated and the manufacturer will never guarantee they will not flake off, Colin our Tyre Manager said he would rectify it as best he can and touch it up for him even though it was not down to us, but the customer declined. We did also point out to the client that his two back tyres are showing cord and need to be changed.

I was disappointed with the service I received from Nortons Tyres. I got 2 front tyres changed and when I got my car back one of the alloys had a chip in the paint about the size of a 5p coin on the rim and back edge of one of the alloys. The alloys have been professionally powder coated gloss black and are in really good condition and the alloys have all had at least one set of tyres on them before, changed with no problems. When I came in to point out the chip they were friendly but refused to admit that this could of been their fault. The chip is on the top and inside rim of the alloy so could only have happened while the tyre was off or while the tyre was in the process of being taken off as the chip was not there before the tyres were changed.

Chris, CJ and Colin, Great guys and very helpful, giving me good advice on how to look after the tyres, credit to the company used Nortons for 8 years never had any issues. Thanks again (hopefully I wont have to see you soon! But if I do then it will be a pleasure) Craig Went again today that being the 5/10/2020 Another great experience! Colin and the lady in the office are so welcoming, talk to you even though they have work to do and get on with it as well as chat which is nice. Also the young lad who did the tyres for me also did a cracking job nice and polite no job to small for these guy! They have 5 stars for a reason To the owner you have great bunch of lads here and lady! . Look after them. I am sure you do.
