The visionary for Your Best Care Day, left a Breast Cancer blanket for embroidering on one corner at Longview Embroidery. The personnel agreed that they could do what was needed, so she left. Within 10 minutes, the owner called and said she needed her to come back and pay a deposit of $25.00. She had no problem with that, it seemed fair. The owner stated that she felt like she was trying to manipulate her by sharing a previous embroidering mishap and she had to pay an outside company for digitizing. She assured her that she was misreading her communication. The owner said she would have the information digitized for the blanket and call her with a price. She was never given an estimated cost for the labor. When she stepped in the door to pick the blanket up, the owner informed her that she expected too much when she asked if they would re-tie the blanket. She continued with, this shop is not some upscale entity willing to cater to your request, we dont want your business, etc. etc. in front of other customers. She wrote her a check for $83.00 additional dollars and left. Sheryl Mitchell stated, I have always been treated most graciously under the previous management and was caught so off guard by the new owners behavior. I am confused about their new customer relations of 2 months. Unacceptable Longview Embroidery, this blanket will be given to a special person currently going through treatment for Breast Cancer. Admission is free and this is a life changing event.
Great product. Terrible service... We started an order process in April and was informed that I would be called when the order is ready. We have had to track down our items every step of the way because these calls never take place. We have been told orders were ready, and upon arrival entire items were missing from the order forcing us to make unnecessary extra trips. The bottom line is they make great products but only if youre willing to baby sit the process. This is not how business should be conducted.

*****HIGHLY RECOMMEND***** *****UNBEATABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE***** First time using Longview Embroidery, and they truly understand customer servicetheyre amazing! Dropped off my kids uniforms (dresses) to have their school logo embroidered and when I picked them up the lettering was blue instead of white...but I wasnt too worried about it. So, I went back a 2nd time to get some additional uniforms embroidered (this time shirts), and while speaking with the lady behind the counter I asked if she could make a special note for them to ensure the lettering would be done correctly this time since the last ones I picked up came out wrong. I didnt know I was speaking with the owner, Mrs. Reed, but she immediately apologized for theobviously unintentionalmistake and offered to buy new dresses for us and embroider them free of charge. I thanked her for the offer but declined and told her I was fine with it because the school never said anything about them. So she went even further and wouldnt charge me for the shirts I was dropping off! I offered to pay but she wanted to make it right and wouldnt let meWOW, now thats phenomenal customer service!! This showed me how much they truly value their customers! I didnt have to throw a fit, act ugly, or write negative reviews on social media for her offer thatI just spoke with her to let her know the lettering color came out wrong and out of nowhere she offered! Simply amazing! Ive just dropped off more items (3rd time using them) and will continue to use Longview Embroidery!! ***truly wonderful, wonderful people with a fantastic owner leading them*** Thank you again, Mrs. Reed & Longview Embroidery!!!

We have been using this place for my boys uniforms, but recently theres been a LOT OF MISTAKES happening! I just picked my boys shirts and a couple of the shirts got messed up, because of their mistake!!!! TERRIBLE!!!
