Poor quality workmanship. Major violations of plumbing code that they refused to fix. Had to tear out the work they did and found additional code violations. Did not include a preslope in the shower pan, a code violation. Put nails too low in the shower liner, against code. Did not wrap the curb to the shower with the liner, despite manufacturer instructions. Installed the wrong shower transfer valve, and installed the valves incorrectly such that the trim would never sit flush against the shower wall. Their method of grounding receptacles was to wrap the ground wire around the BX cable jacket a few times without terminating it, which as an electrical engineer Id find hilarious if it wasnt so dangerous. One of the workers was constantly berating the other and cursing incessantly. This was a complete slap-job. Dont be fooled by the price or the BBB rating. Bottom line - you get what you pay for.

Brian Foraker & Sons just left our house from installing 18 windows. I have zero complaints! His crew was so clean and professional! My house is cleaner than when they got here! There is no trace of them left outside. The job they did is beyond my expectation! They worked hard all day and flowed as a team like a well oiled machine. Everything Brian promised he delivered and more! These guys will definitely be back for jobs at our house! Price as unbeatable. Overall, very happy!!!

These guys are great to work with, are very professional and were very respectful of our house. The price to remodel our bathroom was on point or lower than other quotes and the work they did is excellent. The bathroom looks fantastic. They even fixed some drainage issues with the sinks. Friendly guys too. Will definitely use Foraker & sons again.
