Horrible Customer Service and attention. We are a new build and went in 2 months prior to needing glass installed and chose the glass we wanted and told them where it was to be installed in the home. At that time they took down our names, address email and phone numbers and wrote notes on everything discussed only to be called PAST the time it could be installed to have them request all the information I had previously given them. Then when Eric Cole finally found some time to email us it was clear from emails he was busy and didn't have time to invest in the questions I asked him to answer in the emails. For the prices they charge....NOT worth it!

I will reach out on Tuesday to see what they can do. But I gave them the proper instructions for a tabletop glass. At first it was mistaken for a mirror, and I was given a mirror. Then when I informed them of the mistake it took another few weeks to get the new piece. When they got the new piece, I took it home and found out it was 1/2 to long and the desk cord holes I had them cut weren't the right diameter. I don't know if this is just a hard piece of glass to cut or what, because I started with glass doctor and they couldn't do it either.

I called because I needed the same two glasses made that they made for me about 3 years ago. And a gentleman named Bruce helped me out, he was patient and even looked up the prices the glass cost us last time on the computer. Even though the glass cost more he charged us the same amount as last time. I was so grateful for that then ended it with a SOMETIMES U GOTTA MAKE THE CUSTOMER HAPPY TOO that was amazing thanks so much and I WILL be back

Great work and service. Our family was traveling and had a rock shatter a back window on our van. I called a day in advance and they got us in, replaced the window with a perfect match, and got us back on the road in good time. Thanks very much and God bless you!

If I could give 0 starts I would, we were charged for glass we paid the bill, when we went to pick up the glass they said it was already picked up, I asked that they provide a signature for me to prove it was one of my employees and they couldn't. terrible company, this happened to me twice with them!!!!! then they said they would sell me more as if i would do business with them again
