Ray White selected their previous clients, who I was told were great tenants, to live in my property. These "great" tenants constantly paid their rent late, damaged the property, and now, having finally moved out after being given their notice to vacate, have left the property in a disgusting condition. These tenants knew exactly how to cheat the system and have clearly done this before. I'm so disappointed that Ray White clearly didn't do proper checks on these tenants, and did the bare minimum in actioning the issues. With such high fees compared to others in the area, Ray White has been nothing short of disappointing.
