As the owner of a business, it's always troubling to receive a negative review online. As the owners and operators ourselves, we feel that we always try and go above and beyond for our customers wherever possible. So I'm sorry that you feel you didn't have a good experience with us. When presenting a car for sale, we provide up to 100 HD professional images and an HD video of each car. We are also on hand to provide any further details or images to maintain absolute transparency at all times. We feel like we were very accommodating by accepting an offer, holding on to the vehicle for a month while finance arrangements were made and also communicated consistently via text, email and phone. Upon the decision to not purchase the car, we issued an instant refund on your deposit and were thoroughly apologetic that the detailer we appointed during the covid period hadn't prepared the car to our usual high standards. We have since addressed this shortfall and from July now launched our own detailing facility on our site. I'm sorry your expectations weren't met but a combination of staff changes and spells of working from home hindered our performance. We have learnt from this but I don't believe the 1 star reflects the overall experience with us, as the buyer of the Mercedes is thrilled with his purchase. Best regards - Tom.

Time for some honest reviews. Cars being sold not as on pictures. Poor sales information and staff selling cars without fully knowing previous and visible defects of vehicles. Waste of time. Atrocious dealer and a minor verbal apology.

I recently used AT performance in August 2016 to sell my GTR. Initially contact was made over email with Tom, followed by a phone call and Tom was very truthful regarding the ability to buy and what they looked for in a great example of a high performance car. Mine was very well maintained and once shown to Tom an offer was made within the hour from leaving and the car bought within 1 week. Reasonable, trustworthy and straight to the point, excellent experience and should I ever need to buy a high performance car AT Performance will be the first place I look! All cars are of the highest quality and you know they have been looked over with a fine tooth comb before being put on sale.

Used AT Performance Cars to sell my Nissan GTR on a sale or return basis. Very happy with how the deal was done, I was asked to leave the car with them for a set period to give them time to advertise and prepare the car correctly, the car sold much quicker than the time requested. All communication was good and the deal was very smooth. Would recommend and use again, thanks to Chris and Tom for your help.
