We recently transition from Safe Harbor, AccuAuto and Agency Matrix all in the same 30 days. The transition has been difficult. The tech are all wonderful and knowledgably. We just don't get call backs. I think they have lost the customer/agents in the big business scuffle. I was hoping that would not happen. May be it will get better.

If you DO NOT like talking to people this is your go to company. If however you like conversing with other humans on complicated issues this is NOT the company for you. I have been with ITC for over 5 years and still get the same terse response every time I call.

I was very pleased with getting the help I needed. Both Eddie and Michael were very thorough an patient with helping me trouble shoot my agents needs. When we can trouble shoot their problem fast it makes both WIAA and ITC look good. Keep up the great work!

STAY AWAY! They control every piece of your website force you to use their overpriced process for website hosting, upgrades, changes to the site, etc... they do NOT allow you to have control over your own website or processes or links. THEY WILL BUILD A SIMPLE SITE FOR YOU and just go away. They say they provide SEO service, but it's horrible, they expect you to do everything, they'll give you some SEO advice which you can find online, but the worst part is ITC expects you to do the SEO. I've had ITC for 10 years at $150 a month, that's $18,000. If I would have paid the same $5K upfront and had a website professional designed I could have also hired someone to do SEO. Great revenue model for ITC but no VALUE is added to the customer once the website is completed. Once the website is completed then your STUCK with ITC for years to come over paying. DO NOT go with ITC.
