Dealing with VHLS has been a negative experience. When you try to call, they dont answer, send an enquiry via email, NO reply, leave a VM and still no one calls. Total lack of communication and disregard for the client. Finally when someone calls after more than 2 weeks of multiple inquiries and you put a deposit, they go ahead and sell your selection to someone else without even a text to let you know what has happened. And they even delay in returning the deposit too after they have already sold your selected property to someone else. Agents already had a bad reputation, VHLS just made it worse.

I brought land and built in 2018/19. The communication after the sell was not great. Also, the builders they suggested were not good by any means.

When we thought of the idea to become home owner's we weren't sure what we were going to get, after my first meeting with Matt Robins at VHLS, we knew we were in great hands, he helped us decide on the perfect house design to fit our family with Bevnol Homes. All variations were so easy to change, we just let him know what we wanted and he done the rest. He always answered calls/emails, even for stupid questions, Matt explained every step in detail so we could understand everything before and throughout our build. We have been in our family home now for 7 weeks and love everything about it, so glad we decided to see Matt to help us build our first home, he definalty made it a easy process. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to build.

Weve been dreaming about becoming home owners one day and didnt think it was possible, but VHLS and Kevin Woodhoo made it happen!! Couldnt be happier. We got our keys in August and still pinching ourselves as it feels so surreal. Our house is stunning and even better than wed imagined. We are very happy proud owners and will recommend VHLS to all, and will recommend Kevin Woodhoo more so as he was professional and followed up on everything we asked for. Original salesman was alright, that's as far as the good goes. The builders they forced us to use to build our first home were terrible, would never go through either company again. Director of this company called me and promised me he would get the issues with my house sorted, nothing has been done, turns out his father owns half of the building company. Stay away from this company and the builders they make you use. Promised us $100 bunnings vouchers per 5 star review we gave, I wouldn't give 5 stars for $1,000 vouchers.
