Sorry to hear that ! We offer every client; every car warranty for the window tint service. About the cut; is very strange there messy; cause we use a Plotter to cut it. If you have and old car, thats your case the corners contain a lot of dust that can cause the tint to peel; something that can be easily fix if you bring the car. Since you call us today making threats and using a trash vocabulary is impossible that we can honor the warranty you have for security purpose! Thank you for your business and hope the place you usually go can do a better job and most important honor the warranty and dont give you plenty of excuses like most of the clients I receive in my shop said they do!

Trash . had to go back to fix front 2 windows. Got it back with messed up cuts at top. Now the back window is peeling. I should have waited for the shop I usually use

Thank you for your review. You didnt wait the full cure time of 30 days. The warranty is lifetime; not 30 days like you mention. The area that you mention (dots) have texture thats why it dry like that, we explain it to you. Your 2 front windows are 5% ; they never going to look as dark are the back ones, cause it didnt have factory tint, like you mention on those two windows. I respect your right to left a review, but you have to set the record straight, we give you warranty thats why we didnt refund any money, and you forget to mention that we replace the tint, (honor the warranty) when you first come saying it wasnt t appealing to you. You have to understand that when you install dark tint on the front windshield all the details that the windshield have like (chips, outside scratches, etc) are going to pop-up. We remove the tint because you ask us to do it. You are more that welcome to go to another shop and if in the dots area dry crystal clear we give you the money of the front windshield back ($95).

I brought my Jeep here for 5% all the way around . Besides my back windows having factory tint on them already. My windshield on the other hand didnt dry correctly & I kept being told its bc of the lil bubbles on the windshield already. Was told the film needed time to dry . 30 day warranty on it . On the 29th day , my windshield still didnt look appealing to me , went to get it re done. There was bubbles & it wasnt no better than the first time around. I had the tint removed from the windshield which left a scratch . Didnt get my money back for the windshield. My 2 front 2 windows not even 5% . You wont your money back from them . & I wont be coming back nor recommending this shop.

Very courteous, and knowledgeable about their products. They took my car into the shop at the exact time they promised me and actually finished sooner than promised. Went to get my car tinted they got the job done but I wouldnt go back customer service wasnt the best.
