We're very sorry Addison. We were not aware the transmission would go out like that a month after your purchase. We do and I believe we did offer refunds or cover the cost of repairs in unpredictable instances such as this .

Max was so kind and helpful, I bought a car from him yesterday This had five stars when I originally posted it, a little over a month after I bought the car the transmission went out on the side of the road. I should have known something was wrong by how hard the lady in the office was pushing the warranty. Nice people just selling cars that dont last

Liars, they dont tell you about the issues with cars before selling... he told me a car was repo, I opened it up, it was just fix by the body shop and incompletely done... DONT GO THERE

I just bought a car from Automay. So far, so good! At the time I was buying cars, I had submitted interest to a few other dealers, some big name, some small. I appreciate that when you do financing with Automay, you submit straight to the finance company which I checked out and is rated A+ by the BBB. It was a straight-forward process, no haggling, no "Let me get with my Manager and call you back". They contacted me back after I applied for financing to gather more info for approval and the whole approval process through them and the finance company was done in under an hour on a Saturday.(Granted, I had ALL my info ready to go, Income, Expenses, Paystubs, Bank Statements, Landlord info, ID, Credit Report provided up front, etc...this isnt my first rodeo.) They were straight forward about the down payment which was fair and reasonable as well as the payment terms and I further appreciate that the price with the financing included the warranty backed by the finance company. With this, even if they did sell me a car with unknown issues (Guys, you're buying used/as-is, expect repairs to come up at some point. Take the car to a reliable mechanic shop during test drive and cover your own a$$) I'm covered. I have bought many a used car in my day, from quality pre-owned to flat out lemons. They were honest about a check engine light, diagnosed with me right there on the spot. It was not an issue that couldn't be easily taken care of. Their selection of cars are clean and well maintained. I appreciate the honesty so far. Again, I JUST bought the car 3 days ago. Should an issue arise outside of my due diligence, I will update my review to reflect their resolve. Thank you Automay. At this point, I am happy to recommend you.

I guess you left the review for the wrong dealership, because we have been wholesaling for 10 years and we could not sell to the public at the date you bought the car. Please make sure this is the correct dealership.

I wish I could rate this place ZERO stars! I bought a used, 2013 Chrysler 300 here about a year and a half ago. Within the first week, the power steering went out completely. I took it back to have it fixed and had to hassle with the man to let me use a car while mine was being worked on. They gave me a cheap Ford Focus to borrow and guess what!? The bumper FELL off going down I-35 on my way back to pick up my car and they had me pay them $300 for the bumper on the Ford Focus. Within 6 months the entire transmission needed replaced, which cost me half the value of the vehicle to repair. Shortly after that, I had to replace the radiator and learned that the vehicle I purchased had been wrecked very badly in the front end. A year and a half later I took my car for an alignment and they told me that they could not align my vehicle because of the damaged caused by a wreck and they said things were pieced together incorrectly, there is damage to the sub frame of the vehicle, and many other things theres no way I could have caused to the car. I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy, and certainly not my friends!
