Gave them a fairly new and expensive king comforter in perfect condition... Was returned with lumps and one spot "burned"... not discolored, but crinkly and shrunken. Will not use their service again, ever.

These guys are the best! Quality is excellent and I feel like they have the best equipment around to make my clothes look better and last longer. Definitely highly recommend Champs!!

Hello Leslie, my name is jimmy and Im the owner at champs cleaners. My employee is working alone at the counter today and our business is down 70% due to COVID restrictions and work from home order. Ive never instructed my employees no to wear mask however when we do operate equipment all my staff are more than 6 feet apart. No one person spends more than 2 min dropping off and weve doubled down on our delivery service which we can offer you at no additional charge and you will have no interaction with any staff or delivery driver. I apologies you had a bad experience however I do wish you at lease attempted to contact me to try to resolve any issue you may have with my establishment prior to resorting to bashing us on google or social media. We are a struggling industry and I hope you can take the time to contact me to resolve this matter and make sure your services to your satisfaction. Middle of November 2020 - previous day covid numbers in Michigan over 9,000 new cases and the man behind the counter proudly states he does not wear a mask while at work...less that 6 feet from customers! He said the owner doesnt require! I picked up both my cleaned dry cleaning and the big load of dirty dry cleaning. I will take my business elsewhere!
