Had my XR in for a 18k service and the customer service was disgraceful. I arrived at the reception to pick my bike up and was greeted by, no one. No offer of a drink or even to take a seat (there isnt any seats by the way) A man who works there was having an informal discussion with someone (presume it was his friend) and took him 20 mins to ask if I was waiting for something?! He then said we are short staffed Paul will be with you shortly, and continued his conversation?! Along came Paul, who then went to check if my bike was ready, this took another 15 mins. Finally we got to the payment and it was 250 more than what was initially quoted to me when i booked the bike in, the icing on the cake was that the bike hadnt been cleaned after been in the workshop for a total of 4 days. After this experience I am glad that Ive had the major service done on the Bike as I wont be using this dealership again.
