Purchased a Tahoe from Cooper Direct since our little family was growing. The buying process was ok, the single key fob for the vehicle was trashed but was promised a new one. Went to take the Tahoe home and one of the front parking sensors had been knocked out. It was replaced and painted (didnt match the car and is now dented from the replacement process)ok they tried. Took the Tahoe home, still no key fob (all the buttons were missing). We could managewife was 8 months pregnant and I had other priorities. Literally within the week, our vehicle started making a terrible noise, the transmission was shot. We returned the vehicle and told them of the issue. They said they would take a look and gave us a loaner. We had a loaner for a couple weeks and the day before my wife is induced for have our son, a person from the dealership shows up at our house to pick up the loaner and delivered another one since our loaner was sold. Mind you while driving it, I notice the transmission was slipping just like our Tahoe and notified the gentleman that picked it up. So I change out our car seats while my wifes anxiety is already at a 10. We drive the loaner to the hospital that night and welcome our baby boy. A couple weeks later we get a call from a Chevy service center in Shawnee saying we are getting a rebuilt transmission. A little disconcerting that no one from Cooper Direct told us the plan throughout this process. We get the Tahoe back and think things are going better. The Shawnee Chevy dealership gave us a new key fob so we thought all good, right. The next day we get a heavy rain and guess what, the dash is full of water. By this time I am very upset. We return the vehicle yet again and they said they will fix. Ok great! It is returned and guess what happens the next rain. Its worse, the headliner is soaked and when you turn a corner, rainwater is sloshing in the dash and soaks your feet. Next, the computer says add engine oil. I check the dipstick and guess what I find? NOTHING! There is no oil! No oil in the driveway so now thinking this engine is toast, or worse when they serviced the vehicle they didnt put the proper oil or any oil at all!?. At this point I feel like we bought a LEMON. Now we are left to figure out what to do for a family vehicle that leaks water any time it rains and burns oil. 2 stars because we are repeat customers and our first buying experience was much better than this.

Bryan Leonard was a great rep to work with. I had inquired about a couple of vehicles and he always was quick to respond and got all the information I was looking for. When I went to look at a car, he had it pulled aside, ready to go and had all the records In hand. Highly recommend and will use again in the future.

Sold us a lemon basically, only had the car for a couple of months and the car goes to the doctor more than my whole family has ever been. Really disappointed with their system its very sketchy.
