Hello Sotirios, I am so sorry to hear you had a bad experience! I am actually the Sales & Events Manager here, which sometimes gets mistaken as I am very hands-on/involved while running events. Once an event concludes, we allow a 15 minute grace period in which we do not start cleaning until 30 minutes afterwards. I do remember allowing guests in the space until 9PM, but we did have another event staring later that Saturday evening to start setting up/preparing for, Apologies for any misunderstanding! Of course, we are always more than happy to reserve the space for as long as you need upon booking! Im giving 2 stars cause they dont deserve any better, one of the worst experiences, I ever had in banquet halls food was good but not great too salty the fillet, everyone said it. Party ended at 8 and they start vacuuming at 8:05 , cause Jasmine was in rush to go out for Saturday night. I have never seen a captain being so rude to clients great place by the river but Jasmine ruined the night

***PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING YOUR NEXT EVENT*** I had a recent baby Shower at River Front Events. I want to start out by saying that the Food was amazing. The services however was unacceptable. When I first walked in to the place, I introduced myself to the workers. The Event Coordinator wasnt even present. I am in great shock because there were no guidance whatsoever. Like I had an open bar for 2 hours and no one announced when the open bar would start.( Like Im pregnant I dont need to worry about the small things.. I finished decorations, and had to use the restroom to get ready in. Someone should of told the guests when the open bar would start and food etc) whenever my guests asked about coffee, it was extra even though I paid for everything. When I finally did get a chance to sit down. I would look around and would try to find someone to ask a question but no one would be present. They would serve whatever needed to be served then leave us alone completely. Its like your in no mans land waiting for that help Also, here is the BEST part. My husband got charged an additional ~$7 for confetti. There was only confetti in some of the balloons. Why is there a charge for SOMETHING WE HAD ALREADY CLEANED!!! They literally gave us the dust pan and a broom to clean. I get we had to take down our own decorations. However no one mentioned we had to do others job..Like whats the point of a service fee? WHERE WAS THE SERVICE besides serving the food? I had compliments about my event. But I will tell my guests not to Book Riverfront Events due to lack or organization, inconsistency, and bad service.(5 stars for food, 2 star service)

Our company hosted its holiday party at Riverfront Events on 12/10/21. I cannot say enough about the team and this venue. Communication was great from the time I did a site visit with Tori through all the planning with Yassmin. Accommodations were made for all of my requests. The night of the party the venue looked beautiful with all of their holiday decorations. Tori was attentive asking me continuously throughout the evening if things were going ok, if I needed anything. The bartenders and servers were also very attentive, friendly and kind. A special kudos to the chef as the food was outstanding! My personal favorites were the charcuterie display and the seaside seafood station and, of course, the desserts! I received nothing but positive feedback from my guests regarding the entire evening. I will definitely be a repeat customer and cannot wait to work with Yassmin and Tori in the future!

I have tried to call several times to inquired about hosting a high school reunion and the mail box is full. You would think being a new venue you would have a sales person available to be reached to schedule an event. Maybe the mayors office could help.
