Joseph, I remember the transaction. unfortunately your order came in at the exact same time as another order for the exact same item. One was declined for non payment and I confused it with your order. As I told you in a couple of emails, we had COVID going through the store. I was down for two weeks myself with a bad case and we dropped the ball, my apologies.

WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER. I bought a pair of skates from Sideline Swap from Rays. I paid, payment went through the same day. Their policy is 1 to 2 days shipping, I bought on a Monday. I politely requested if they could ship same day in an effort for me to get the skates in time so I could skate with my daughter. I explained this and also noted that I would understand if they could not. He said he would try and I thanked him for that effort. A 4 days later it had not shipped yet. At this point I am mad because he has not even kept his online 1 to 2 day shipping promise. I reach out asking him what was going on, he tells me my payment was declined. Which was garbage because he printed the shipping label which he would not have done if the payment had not gone through. He replies that it is good now and will ship today, today being Friday. I get more twisted stories about what happened and ultimately in the end. It turns out that he shipped the skates to someone else. He replies that it was his fault and he would offer me another pair that were different but in his mind better and more expensive. OK, I think this is nice of him but I am soured by the experience and request that I would rather my money returned. I stated this on Thursday. Now instead of him canceling the purchase and refunding my money. He makes me wait until the 13th day (The following Sunday) so that I can cancel the purchase myself, holding the money I put aside for skates until it was FAR too late to buy another pair to ever skate in a team practice with my daughter. He had every opportunity to make this right and put VERY little effort to do so.
Daria, I tried to look for the transaction in my sales database , unfortunately we don't have a record of a Daria Blue so I'm not sure what happened. I wish you would have addressed me directly at the time instead of going online and trashing me. If you would like a refund please come by and see me.

Went in to Ray's to get my brand new GRAF hockey skates heat molded to my feet, after many online warnings to NOT attempt to do this in your home oven or try to lace them while hot. To always go to a professional hockey shop. So I did..... Ray told me 5-6 minutes in the hockey skate oven. Then, I had to interrupt him, talking to his friend, after 7 minutes, to remind him, they're done cooking. He took them out and placed them on the floor and went back to whatever he was doing?? Huh.. HELLO?? Gave me no directions, no guidance, no verbal anything. Just 0 Customer Service. I knew lacing these had to be done a specific way not to ruin the skates. I hope I did it right!? Because nobody helped me lace them properly. I'm glad also I didn't lean forward in them while they were on my feet for 15 minutes cooling/molding, because that is a apparently a big no no. When I went to pay - $25....25?? $25 dollars for what??? I should have went to Papa Gino's Pizza. They would have charged me way less to use their oven and they know how to treat their customers. Total rip off and I'm very unsatisfied with this transaction.
Great place ti buy your hockey equipment. The owner Ray is very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices were great. Highly recommend to anyone looking for hockey gear or custom embroidery for their team.
