We understand you are upset about being let go from employment but all sales teams have quotas to meet in all industries. That doesn't make it cutthroat or shady nor does a quota mean that we're not interested in serving our customers. Please remember that your former co-workers are hurt by reviews of this nature and they did nothing to hurt you. When we hire someone, we hope it does work out but not everyone is a good fit for every job. We wish you the best of luck and we were very sorry to see you go.

Shady organization cut throat culture sales teams are required to meet quotas not about serving the customer promise the world and deliver nothing
We apologize that you have had this experience. We did have an installer that was missing service appointments and ultimately due to a few other complaints and his unwillingness to follow our customer service standards he was ultimately released. We are busy and believe a week and a half for receiving service, especially if we had to wait for parts from the factory, is a reasonable length of time in our industry and with the volume of customers we service so we do apologize if you felt differently and will take your feedback into consideration to improve the process. We do give a 3 hour window for service calls since our installer will have multiple calls in a day and may run into issues, this is standard and many repair people give a 4-6 hour window so we do feel this is reasonable but again will take your feedback into consideration. And as I discussed with you about an hour ago when you called into our office, I personally heard our manager call and leave you or your girlfriend a message this morning, you are claiming neither of your phones had a message and I did promise to have the manager call you back tomorrow when he is back in the office and verified your number. I am not aware that there are service issues since I am not in that department but I will be happy to follow up with our customer service manager and see if we are being held up by parts from the factory. If everything is in for us to be able to correct whatever issues you are having, we do have some days open the week of November 14th that we can schedule this however if the parts are not in we have no control over when we will receive them. You will be hearing from our manager as well as our service department and we will take your feedback into consideration to improve our processes. As we said, the installer who installed your door was released for quality control issues but our other installers will be able to correct any legitimate issues. We are sorry for your experience and hope to make it right as we always try our hardest to do.

Had a good experience till they installed the door. The door itself is a solid door and good quality this is why I gave 3 stars. If I could rate them separate off the door Id give them a 1 star. They missed multiple apps during this process. The finish details of my door were terrible so when called to ask to have the items fixed took about a week and a half just to get on their schedule. Then the Monday they where gonna show up on their 3 hour window they give which is ridiculous in my opinion they never showed up never called and havent called me back. Were close to all but 3 weeks later and still no call I had to call them and its just excuse after excuse and still havent got a date for them to possible come fix their installers terrible finish work. Just hope they show up this time when I get on the schedule.
These folks don't know how to keep an appointment.
