Over 7 weeks with no working toilet, no lock on the back gate (replaced at my expense then told to leave it as I didnt ask to fit a working lock, all because they couldnt find the keys, and then lost my spare key). No cooker working for 4 weeks, appliances all run off dangerous and ancient extension leads, garden all overgrown when i moved in, fence panels fell down (three weeks too replace) never mind the neighbours dog (they eventually called to get this sorted sooner also), you could write your name in the windows, damp forming on walls and ceiling, leaking bath, 2 months without a replacement bath panel, trades left their rubbish in the garage instead of removing (i took it to the tip for them the next day after they said they couldnt come back for over a week to remove it). This is on a 1500 pcm, fully managed property!!!
