Terrible experience ... very unprofessional staff ...my review is based on my experience with the West bridgford branch .. Unfortunately this is my worst experience ever with an estate agency . Eliot, the agent dealing with the purchase is an amateur and unprofessional ... at the beginning he was calling for an update every other day ..once we completed the purchase he failed to respond to 3 of my emails .. hes not bothered anymore because hes had his money already ... disgrace ! Lots of communications issue throughout the process ... Eliots senior colleague in the branch is equally unprofessional .. I called him few hours after I collected my keys ( I think he handed over the keys to me as well ) asking about the house water meter .. he promised to call the previous landlord and get back to me within hours and guess what , I am still waiting for his response ... its been 1.5 months now ... I had to call my emergency cover to sort the water issue. There are other issues in the property and some keys age missing ... things that can sorted maybe if I can get in touch with the previous landlord but these bunch of unprofessionals are just not responding to my emails ...they used to respond within minutes before the purchase was completed .. Unfortunately my experience with this branch ( Elliott and his senior colleague whom I cant recall his name ) is terrible ... Avoid this branch if possible ... I really hope their manager will read this review and act accordingly... I am yet waiting for someone to reply to my emails ...
The deposit account mentioned in this review was concluded in a professional manner in association with TDS Guidelines. As explained during the process of concluding the shared deposit account we have to seek the landlord's instructions at all times. As no agreement on charges could be reached this was referred over to TDS to finalise.

Slow to respond, unless it's for their own benefit. Completely unhelpful and we had problems with them releasing our deposit.
Communication from the onset was excellent, and everything was explained to me thoroughly by my agent. They were fast to respond to queries and due to that, we completed in record time!

Monica Basra is very unprofessional and incompetent. The worst letting agent and the worst experience I had. Im not going to use this agency anymore, especially with someone like Monica Basra, she should look for diffrent job , maybe at McDonald with her attitude and lack of expierence.
