Horrible customer service! Apparently since I wouldnt let them run my credit as soon as I stepped in the door it meant I wasnt going to buy a vehicle? I had come to see a specific truck and everything I asked him about it the only thing he had to say was well the truck is 10 years old. Well if its 10 years old maybe you should put a price tag for a 10 year old truck on it. I asked them to glue the plastic molding back on the door because it was falling off and he said they wouldnt do that because it was put on aftermarket. Then I got the pleasure of talking to the manager and he was even worse than the salesman. Im so glad I took my business elsewhere. Theres a reason the truck is still for sale.
Staff here was very helpful in purchasing a used car. Despite driving multiple cars and checking the Car Fax on them the staff were more than happy to accommodate. Prices are very fair here and that is due to their business model of selling more cars at cheaper prices. I'll be honest a couple of the cars we drove were not good but they do have good used cars also, just be patient with the search. If you are looking for a fancy sales floor and the dreaded haggling process then this place is not for you.
I needed a reliable car for my work commute. Some friends recommended Crazy Cheap Cars so we drove to Oakfield, NY. We were greeted by a friendly young salesman named Josh Rosendale who worked with us patiently as we test drove many different makes. Josh was reliable in allowing us to stay in our price range and went above and beyond the call of duty as we carefully selected our new (used) car. The post -selection process went just as smooth as the sales manager Brian Dioguardi worked with us in trading in our old car, transferring plates and insurance, and answering further questions. Finally we were impressed with Jonathan Cassidy's vast knowledge of financing and package options to finish up the process. He even gave us some good advice in a previous buying experience (from a private seller) that had concerned us. Overall I give this operation an A+++.
Sales will drop the ball and the GM will never call you back till your car is sold from under you. Every time I called it was because they never had called me back as I was trying to buy a Mercedes Benz CLS63 AMG from them. First GM was a piece of work but I had found out Mike was let go due to non eye to eye on new policy. So I was told by him that they won't work on price which was 1k higher than i wanted and just wait him out he had all day on this car. So I did and guess what few weeks later after new years it drops 3k! Great I say, so I call immediately and try to start the process again. Well it's now February and I still am no closer and the car has been removed from inventory and I still never was called back once by GM Brian D. after he said he would call me numerous times. I offered to put 8k down on the car to show it was serious and still never got to be able to even find out if I could buy their car.
