If I could give this place no stars I would! Made a deal before even checking my personal information and started to them that my credit is not the best and I'm cleaning up my credit. Well they said don't worry we get everyone approved. He made a deal with me and he wanted a deposit. So unfortunately I gave them one hundred dollars. He couldn't get me approved so I asked them to mail my deposit because I don't live close to them. Nope. I have to pick it up! Don't make deals with your customers and make them give you money without looking at their financial situation. I make great money just credit is not the best! Stay clear of Victor Chevrolet!!! I called them to get my deposit back last week. They said I had to come in. I'm here. All the way from Greece. Now they are not giving it to me. I have to wait for owners all day. Won't be in till this afternoon! Spoke to management and what a salesman did was record me the whole time! I might be famous.

They ripped my daughter off they sold a car to her was 2 times in accident before and they don't say nothing to her shes new buying car. They sold the car for 14000 and real value is 1000 no dealership want to take the car

After submitting an email to Victor chevrolet and 2 other dealers, your salesman Tom Polizzi reached out to me within a very short period of time and was very eager to help me find a truck that met my needs and wants. He quickly arranged so I could come in and test drive a couple different truck's. I made my decision and picked up my new truck with in a fews day's after they installed some accessories. Horrific experience. Went in for an inspection and waited for 90 minutes after which, I was told the car failed for two issues which would cost over $1500. to repair. The desk person immediately pressed me to buy the parts. I paid the inspection fee and drove vehicle to the actual dealer who did a thorough inspection and gave a written report with photographs completely contradicting Victor chevy's analysis. Called Victor Chevy and advised them of all and asked for my inspection fee back. I got the run around initially, then they said they'd call back. They didn't. I followed up the next day and was told I would literally have to drive the vehicle back in so that they could see it for themselves (ignoring the fact they had already seen it to the tune of 90 minutes and written down they said NEEDED to be done in order for it to pass.) Now my car fax says that my vehicle (a 2012 40K car in perfect condition) failed inspection. Horrible customer service and quite possibly a fraudulent business practice. Many people would just assume the mechanic was correct and pay up. I gave them the chance to do the right thing and they decided instead to impose more on me. Be wise and go somewhere else.
