Kiara I am sorry but you were not the purchaser of the vehicle, your aunt was. And since you were not the actual buyer, we have to protect our customers and can not give out any personal information or information regarding the purchase of someone elses vehicle. Your aunt never contacted us about any issues, if she did we would be happy to answer any questions or concerns regarding "her" purchase. It is our responsibility to give the customer any information regarding there purchase, but not to someone else. Sorry

Cars are extremely over priced and no where near what they charge for it.. I purchased an car that began to break down the second I left the lot.. even with a 3 month warranty they informed me the would not be able to help. Some one was always going to "get back to me when the manager of owner was available" all this while never asking for contact information. Eventually they were screening my calls and just stopped answering from my phone number. This was during normal business hours. Once I began calling blocked or from another phone I got an answer. They're idea of good sales is to sale at any cost.. lies and all.

I purchased a vehicle yesterday. Got less then a mile down the road and every light on the dash came on! I returned to the dealership the following day and they are rude! Will not help fix the situation! He has given me every excuse in the book! I am at a loss for words to be honest! I cant believe places like this get away with stuff like this! So I guess the only thing I can do now is get a lawyer involved and see where it gos from there... I wouldnt even give this place a single star to be honest! I am just completely baffled! I hope no one ever buys a car from here! They should be put out of business! This is wrong on so many levels!

Once they trick you into buying a vehicle they completely changed the way they treat you. The issues you WILL have is your problem and they don't care. They put all their energy into convincing people to buy a vehicle and that is it! They are out right scammers!!
