Of course we all know you have to give a star in order to leave a review our experience with this company was very mediocre the account managers at times dont know how to solve problems if a client comes to them with a complaint the account managers arent in the buildings so if a client states that something isnt being done its hard to tell without visually inspecting the contractors work in my opinion they just go off of whats being told to them from the client they dont do a good job of speaking up for the contractors when the client is wrong .and have good actual proof of it .they should be getting challenged as well.. also Melania was very disrespectful at times when things was being discussed with her about how we felt as being contracted with them, some things they should work on when holding such position as she does she should always know to be professional and be a good leader for her account managers and co workers and as far as Im concerned when a contractor put their notice in on an account the account manager should know to ask if there are any keys to the client building they should be turned in dont wait two months after the contractor has put in notice on quitting account and then you all ask where are the keys which is a security concern also buildings will be token away without NOTiCE Then we was harassed by one of the account managers while working on an actual job site not sure if she is still working for the company she wasnt professional either Also when accounts are not good accounts they still hold on to them a particular account I /we was working they would shoot occasionally in the parking lot.. drink beer and participate in other nonsense type of activities mistakes was made plenty of times on what was supposed to be paid to our businesses account monthly. I felt like a very hard grudge was being held against us just because we decided to speak up!! ANYWAY JUST HAPPY THE BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP IS OVER WITH!!

We apologize that something that started so positive wound up taking a negative turn. While our records indicate that you havent worked with us in over a year, turning in your last account in February 2021, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns at your convenience; especially if you feel you were paid something other than the amount stated on your work order or that other aspects of your contract were not followed. It is also troubling that you feel accounts were unfairly taken from you. According to our records, at the end of our relationship, you had two accounts. One you lost because the client terminated their contract with our company due to COVID-19; and the other which you proactively turned in because of the clients specifications. If this is not the case, we would certainly like to discuss, as we want to make sure account managers are honestly recording the reason that changes take place. Our floor care division takes a lot of pride in their work and we make floor maintenance a focus of our service experience. Proper floor care not only enhances our clients investment, but, over time, it also makes day to day care easier for our cleaning teams. It is certainly not our intention to create additional work for our cleaning teams and we would welcome the opportunity to discuss the specific examples where you were asked to provide floor care that went above and beyond routine maintenance and created an undue burden. This is not our goal or our business practice and we would welcome the feedback. It is correct that we changed our name in November of 2021. This is not something we have any reason to hide, and we have been quite proactive about communicating the change. Our core reason for the change was to clearly distinguish our company from a similar company based in Colorado that also operates using the name Key People. Though we are not affiliated with that company, our shared name was becoming confusing as the world becomes more digital and web based. We also feel that our new name, The Verity Partners Group, better communicates our values and business philosophy. However, we were The Key People Company-St. Louis for nearly 30 years, and do not dismiss or hide that part of our companys three-decade legacy. Updated review. Do NOT DO IT !!! The rating is a 0 STARS FOR ME !!!! Update: They will take your contracts illegally and they under pay you for everything unless you speak up. By the way once you speak up and voice your opinion respectfully be ready for retaliation. MELANA is the absolute worse person to operate anyones company. She is conniving , deceitful and a snake . She makes sure she gets her husband all the good floor contracts but makes sure you keep them clean once hes done raking in the big bucks and they pay you pennies. They also charge you for the duration of your contracts which is ROBBERY if you ask me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PARTNER WITH THIS COMPANY. By the way it used to be KEY PEOPLE and they probably changed the name due to so many bad reviews. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, ENERGY OR YOUR WORKERS ENERGY dealing with them .

Best place to be a contractor. Staff actually listens to the contractor doing the work on all issues and help resolve any issues. They actually know the contractors and don't just treat you like a number like some of the other franchising companies. Would highly recommend partnering with the key people. If you want to work hard and treat the customers right, the key people can keep you busy!
