Bee Clean recently lost my laundry on 13July2022 and I have still not spoken to a manager or anyone. Today is 18July2022, and not one person has called to have a conversation about what happened w/ an entire load of laundry. I will be issuing a complaint w/ their licensing board as well.
I have used Bee Clean at least a dozen times. I have three small children and thought it would be a nice time saver. A few things we have learned: - Many of our whites have become dingy. I contacted customer service, requesting whites be separated. They added this note to my account. We have not noticed a change, so I no longer send my whites to them. - My kids clothes have been returned folded inside-out. Staff did not turn shirts, shorts and socks right side out. -Our clothes have arrived damp. Again, their response is to add these notes to my account.
